Job Description
Toronto Bicycle Tours offers guided sightseeing tours that give our guests a unique look at the diversity and beauty of Toronto. Our rides take us on and off the beaten path, from the most popular landmarks and tourist spots to Toronto's hidden neighbourhoods, parks, and locales. Going by bike is a great way to see it all!We are looking to add guides to our team for our 2012 tour season. Our guides are directly responsible for the enjoyment and safety of our guests -- key to our success! If you like bikes, enjoy riding in Toronto and have a passion for our city then this is the perfect job for you. Tour guide and/or hospitality experience are a definite asset, but are not required. We hire cyclists who are outgoing, personable, hard working, great dealing with groups of people, and knowledgeable about safe riding in an urban environment.
We try to accommodate schedules for anyone that fits the above description. Work is part-time. Candidates must have urban cycling experience and customer service experience. A love of history and current affairs is a plus. Fluency in other languages (French, German, Italian, Dutch, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese) is a definite asset.
