Full-Time Cad Technician

Job Description
We are a multidiciplinary designing studio located in downtown Toronto and are looking for individuals that would be responsible for the creation of drawings from concept to final design, and all detailing to convey the necessary information required for permit approval but also with a strong perception of Interior design and furniture detailing to be worked parallely to the construction process of our projects.Knowledge:
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD
- General construction knowledge and experience with construction and architectural detailing
- General design knowledge and experience on desigining detailing
- Specific details and furniture design experience will be an asset
- Solid computer skills including proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree or Diploma in Technology
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing layouts, drawings and designs from detailed specifications
- Work independently and/or within a team environment
- Arrange and help to coordinate meetings with trades and suppliers.
- Prepare relevant documents/material related to the projects, including reports and drawings / drawing packages.
