Job Description

Our client is one of Toronto's finest Semi Private golf clubs. Privately owned, established in 1992 the course plays 6,446 yards from the back tee, winding its way up and down a creek.
We are recruiting an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have characteristics including: positive attitude, team spirit, integrity and financial responsibility.

Specific Responsibilities:
•Accounts receivable, Banquets, Weddings and Tournaments
• Database Management
• General office support to GM
• Answering phones and tee time reservations
• Execute physical inventories and the ordering of general office and building supplies. Development of necessary systems to safeguard inventories.
• Assist in the publication of newsletters, informational and promotional materials.
• Website content management.
• Maintain and promote a superlative professional image with the community.

Qualifications:
The profile of the successful candidate will look similar to the following:

• Experience in Accounting
• Computer proficiency a must. Must have experience with Great Plains accounting software.
• Strong consideration will be given to candidates with relevant experience with Total-e software and
• General IT knowledge
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Professional, self driven and highly motivated.
• Strong communication and fiscal skill sets

Period of Employment: (ASAP) -- November 30, 2012 with potential for year round employment
